Metrics are great — they help with the tangibles like units sold, profit, and the like, especially if they resulted in growth. But how do you sustain that growth? Through intentionality, through maintaining a strong #valueproposition, and always being#customercentric. While this week’s episode of #ownyourbusiness lost to Wes Anderson for best short film in the Academy Awards (I’m over it), it still provides some valuable insights. 😁
