In this week’s installment of my #OwnYourBusiness series, I want to draw the distinctions between the #ValueProposition of a product and the value proposition of your business. When we’re talking about your company’s value prop, we’re thinking much more deeply – the products are important, obviously, but so are the #CustomerExperience, the buy-in of the team to the company’s mission, and just plain making sure that the market you’re serving fits what your customers actually need.
