From there we look back to look forward. In the 1800s, the newspaperman Horace Greeley admonished people to seek opportunity and fortune with the famous quote, “Go west, young man.”

North Then West is the brainchild of designer and entrepreneur Joel Magalnick. Having worked on building a number of startups, and also as a journalist, designer, and educator, Joel pulled all of his experience together to create a methodology that encompasses:
